Cynthia Purce is the Accounts' Receivable Manager for Clinical Trials performed by The Upstate Global Health Institute. Cindy draws from over 30-years experience in medical billing, medical insurance coverage, financial management, and workflow analysis to manage the financial aspects of clinical trials.

Cindy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Cindy came to Upstate in 2017, working with the Upstate Cancer Center to manage the financial process for clinical trials in Hematology, Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Urology, and OB/GYN Oncology. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys baking, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends at their families’ camp.
