Julianna Quinones-Franco

Julianna Quinones-Franco is a Clinical Research Assistant for the Upstate Global Health Institute. Originally from Long Island, she moved to Syracuse in 2016, where she found a strong sense of purpose in caring for others. She earned her B.S. in Biology from Le Moyne College in 2024, developing a well-rounded background in human anatomy and physiology, cellular biology, and research methodology. Following graduation, she joined the American Red Cross, gaining firsthand experience in phlebotomy and strengthening patient interaction skills. It was through this work, she became interested in clinical research and she's excited to support meaningful research that improves lives and advances healthcare.In her free time, Julianna enjoys arts and crafts, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
