Aidan Mccarthy graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in environmental health from SUNY ESF. He has lived in the Syracuse area all his life and loves working in the area he grew up in. He spent several years of his undergrad working at Syracuse University in the Environmental Health and Safety Office, where he worked in chemical safety. He has a strong background in chemistry and biology and enjoys putting those skills to use in the lab here. At the GHI, Aidan works in the lab processing all types of samples ensuring proper sample integrity. Outside of work he enjoys running, hiking, blacksmithing, playing any of his several musical instruments.
